Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Launchpad — AMS (Agent Marketing Suite) at myagentlaunchpad.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including free trial participants and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

Agent Launchpad provides a suite of AI-powered marketing tools designed for real estate agents, including but not limited to:

• Brand Intelligence and SEO analysis tools
• Content generation and drafting tools
• Market research and reporting tools
• Social media and email marketing tools
• Google Search Console integrations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Agent Launchpad offers the following paid subscription tiers:

• Basic — $39/month
• Essential — $79/month
• Professional — $129/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the date already paid.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the platform, contact us within 7 days and we will review your situation individually.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agent Launchpad to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate spam, misleading content, or fraudulent listings
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy platform features or data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, design, and tooling is the intellectual property of Agent Launchpad. You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform.

By using the platform, you grant Agent Launchpad a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Agent Launchpad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated by AI tools will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Real estate professionals are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before use in client-facing materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.
