Overview

Agent Launchpad — AMS (Agent Marketing Suite) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information We Collect

Account information — name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.

Billing information — payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card number on our servers.

Usage data — which tools you use, how often, and tool run counts per billing cycle. This is used for plan enforcement and product improvement.

Content you create — drafts, saved reports, brand intelligence data, and any inputs you submit to platform tools. This data is stored to power your dashboard and history.

Google integrations — if you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), or YouTube, we access only the data necessary to display your marketing performance insights inside your Agent Launchpad dashboard. Specifically:

• Google Search Console — impressions, clicks, top queries, and page performance data, used solely to display your SEO insights and Brand Intelligence report.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — website traffic and engagement metrics, used solely to display your audience and performance data inside your dashboard.
• YouTube — channel and video metrics, used solely to display your video performance data inside your dashboard.

Our use of Google API data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not store your raw Google API data beyond what is displayed to you in your session.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google API data to any third party.
• We do not use your Google API data to serve advertisements.
• We do not use your Google API data to train AI or machine learning models.
• We only access Google data with your explicit authorization via OAuth, and only for the purpose of showing you your own data.
• You may disconnect your Google integrations at any time from your Connections settings page.

Log data — IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To deliver the tools and features of the platform
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
• To enforce tool usage limits based on your subscription tier
• To improve platform performance and fix bugs
• To respond to support requests

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party
• We do not use your content to train AI or machine learning models
• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers

Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI model API that powers tool generation. Inputs are sent to this API per your tool usage. Their data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Google — OAuth, Search Console, Analytics (GA4), and YouTube integration, used only with your explicit authorization.
• DigitalOcean — server infrastructure. Data is hosted on servers located in the United States.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, then permanently deleted upon request.

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will log you out of the platform.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your content and saved data
• Withdraw consent for any optional data processing

Security

We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to support@myagentlaunchpad.com.

Children's Privacy

Agent Launchpad is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, active subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
